Do our workers need to be onsite to complete their onboarding?

No. Your workers can complete their onboarding offsite because our system is completely web-based. All they need is a personal device and internet access. This helps you to fully induct your workers before they arrive on-site.

Can we restrict sensitive document access to specific administrators?

Yes. Our system allows you to:

restrict access to, and visibility of, certain documents; and
limit administrator permissions so you choose what they can access.

Can our third-party companies check whether their workers have completed onboarding requirements?

Yes. Our Contractor Management System allows you to assign a company administrator to your company profile. The administrator can check on the onboarding progress of all workers, schedule meetings, and generate reports with details of worker onboarding progress. We run the report, export it as an Excel file, and then email it to you.

Can our third-party companies upload their workers’ licences and qualifications?

Yes. Our Contractor Management System lets you:

create profiles for your third-party companies; and
assign an administrator to each company profile.

This allows the administrator to:

complete company requirements
view worker information
upload or update worker licences, certifications, competencies and qualifications.

Can we access who’s-on-site information?

Yes. Our Check-in System gives you real-time information about signed-in people who are currently on your site, including:

employees
agency workers
subcontractors
other contractors
visitors
volunteers.

Can we sign out any workers or visitors who forget to do it themselves?

Yes. If workers or visitors forget to sign out before leaving the site, the administrator can sign them out.

What follow-up procedures can we manage through Altora after an on-site accident?

You can use our Check-in System to see who was on-site at the time of an accident. Then, our bulk action tool will help you expire the compliance requirements of those workers. You can also target a set of workers to notify them they need to renew their training and knowledge to meet compliance requirements. A completion history of inductions is trackable under each user’s profile in case it’s needed for follow-up.
