How our Check-in System works:

1. Set up check-in points
Set up kiosks and generate QR codes for mobile check-in. Different flows and requirements can be configured for each site, worker type, contractor group or visitor category.
2. Check-in
Workers, contractors and visitors check in at an on-site kiosk or by scanning a QR code. They can be guided through site-specific briefings, safety acknowledgements and access requirements before entering.
3. Complete the check-in requirements
If a worker has not met the requirements to check in, they are directed to log in and complete missing or expired induction, licence, training or compliance tasks before site access is approved.
4. Instant notifications
The Site Admin or a nominated Host receives an immediate notification, including compliance status, personnel details, check-in time and location.
5. Check-out
Workers can check out at a kiosk or with their own device, helping you maintain accurate who’s-on-site information throughout the day.
6. Records
Access accurate reporting, check-in records and real-time who’s-on-site data at any time, across one site or multiple UK locations.
