No, there’s no restriction on how many workers you can register on our Online Induction System. We allow unlimited numbers of workers and accommodate businesses of any size.
There are two ways to invite your workers to use our Online Induction System:
  1. Use the administration panel to create user profiles; or
  2. Send them a link to the user login page so they can register themselves.

The number of courses you can have depends on your service plan. Each plan offers different levels of flexibility and features to suit your business size and needs. For more details, please visit our pricing page.

Yes. Our web-based Online Induction System supports flexible, remote induction completion on any internet-enabled device, including mobile phones. It’s excellent for workers who must complete induction before arriving on-site because it ensures they’re prepared and compliant from day one.

No, we don’t restrict the number of administrators you choose to have in the System. You can have as many administrators as you like. It’s one example of the flexibility of our software.

Yes, our support consultants offer comprehensive training sessions for your primary administrators. These sessions are designed to ensure your administrators are ready to manage the Online Induction System. Training covers topics including:

No, we don’t require you to sign a lock-in contract. You can either:

  • Pay month-to-month; or
  • Make an upfront annual payment, with a 10% discount.
