How our Contractor Management System works:
1. Create and invite
Configure prequalification flows, questionnaires and requirements, then invite contractors to complete the prequalification process online.
2. Prequalification
Contractors receive an email with a link to their prequalification form, where they submit the required information and compliance documents.
3. Review and verify
Admins are notified when a prequalification is submitted. Review RAMS, insurance certificates, Right to Work documentation, CSCS cards and other HSE requirements before approving contractors for site access.
4. Worker inductions
Once approved, contractors can manage workforce inductions, upload compliance documents and monitor licence, training and insurance requirements through the Company Access Portal.
5. Automated reminders
Automatically notify contractors about expiring insurance policies, licences, training records and compliance documentation before they become non-compliant.
