Many of you would be already aware, AS 4801:2001 has been superseded by ISO 45001:2018. Don’t leave your preparation to the last minute, as a simple gap review and aligned strategy can set you up for a seamless migration.
HOW TO PREPARE
- Create a spreadsheet.
- List all criteria in the standard ISO 45001:2018.
- Review each criteria and identify all relevant documents, procedures, processes, systems etc. which you have in place.
- Determine whether you’re compliant e.g. Evidence to talk to and present to the auditor.
- All your gaps should now be clearly identified.
- Develop a strategy and closeout each gap you’ve identified.
- Now you’re ready!
