Appointment setting for wide range of industries including Business Consultants, Coffee Machines, Medical Supplies, Promotional products

How long have you been working at Altora and what is your role?

18 months, Sales Appointment Setting

What do you enjoy most about working at Altora?

Booking the Demonstrations; Speaking with potential clients; Finding the right person (decision maker); Working with a dynamic small team; delivering quality results for the team.

How would you describe the working environment?

Fun.  Management who are capable and emotionally mature.  No Prima-donnas here.  

There is a lot of equity and balance in the team.

I love working with intelligent people.

How do you think Altora differentiates from competitors in the industry?

Narrower focus for the moment than some of the larger competitors.

Less expensive than or on a par with some of the other players.

Easy to use.

How has Altora evolved since you have been working with them?

It’s been good to be able to offer some of the newer services like sign on & off and Incident Reporting.  Of course, there are always some things that potential clients are looking for that we don’t offer.

What advice would you give to a colleague who recently joined Altora or who is in beginning of their professional career?

Learn what you can & see what you can contribute to the business.
