Prequalify contractors, set minimum requirements, store documents and insurance information, and set automatic renewal reminders all from a centralised dashboard that works in conjunction with our induction system and check in system. You’ll also be able to rate contractor performance and refer back to this information when working on similar projects in future.

One of our valued clients, Vestas, are a renewable energy organisation with multiple wind farm sites across Australia. They had initially signed up to Altora’s induction system to train workers, facilitate documentation and eSigning and track compliance, before adding on our check-in system.
Due to not having site offices on their remote wind farm sites, they required a process that would enable them to manage who’s on site with ease.
Altora’s check-in system allows Vestas’ workforce to sign in when they arrive to site, allowing them to track who is on site and when, and serving as an extra layer of protection by prompting workers to provide any missing documentation or induction requirements. Any data collected within their check-in system transfers and is stored within the induction software.
