We’ve been using Altora for our induction and training requirements at AMC Commercial Cleaning Services for close to one year now. With more than 1,500 workers based all over Australia and New Zealand – including franchises, subcontractors and our own national administration team, we need to stay on top of our workplace induction, training and worker compliance.

The central dashboard and reporting enable us to track workers and monitor their training and compliance, including managing their licences and certifications in an online storage hub.

We also receive great support and service from the team at Altora and they’re always ready to listen to our feedback to see how they can adapt and add greater functionality to their software platform. The team are professional and focussed.

The other systems I’ve used are either learning and development-specific or induction-specific. But I find Altora to be a happy conglomeration of both, as well as a data collection tool. It’s basically a small CRM system with fantastic features. For example, Altora collects the data required, sets things in a specific order, and has an easy to use dashboard.

Hillsong is a not for profit organisation and find Altora to be very appealing. In our experience, we’ve found it’s good value for money and you get what you pay for. We found that Altora’s security was quite good given that there is a unique URL for the system login. This information can’t just be Googled and the user and admin portals are separate. We feel that it is secure for the storage of personal information. Hillsong give Altora 4 stars and would not only recommend them, but we already do!
