What is a course?

A ‘Course’ is an online slide presentation to train/induct workers. Workers are issued a ‘Certificate of completion’ for each completed course. Assessment results are stored with all completion records. Date of issue, renewal and expire dates are all tracked by Altora.

Does Altora come with pre-made course?

Yes, all plans come with access to our extensive course and document library.

Does Altora support SCORM courses?

Yes, Altora is SCORM compatitble and compliant. You can import your existing SCORM courses and use them in Altora.

What is a program?

Programs are assignments of tasks for workers to complete. These can include training courses, licences and qualifications to upload, eForms to fill in, and important documents to read and sign off on. They can be treated as a checklist or a list of minimal requirements.

Do you offer a trial account or provide webinars?

Altora is free to trial for 14 days to see firsthand how it can work for you. There is no risk, no obligation and no credit card required. System webinars are also available and can be tailored to your specific requirements.

How do your plans work?

Our Induction system plans are based on the number of courses on your account. You can request to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

Are there any fix term contracts?

No, all plans are month by month, however you receive a discount when paying annually.

What payment types are accepted?

We accept any Mastercard, Visa or American Express credit or debit card and electronic fund transfers (EFT). Invoices are sent monthly, and provided P.O. numbers are accepted.

What currencies are accepted?

All prices above are in AUD exc. GST. We also accept additional currencies such as NZD, USD, GBP, EUR.

Do you have an API?

API is available on Altora Standard, Premium and Enterprise plans.

Does Altora support Single Sign-On?

Yes, SSO functionality is available as an add-on with a Standard subscription or higher. Additional costs apply, please contact us for details.
