What is a company?

A company refers to a contracting company, business or entity which can be entered in the Altora system. A company may be hired/contracted to carry out works or invited for pre-qualification.

What are company documents?

Company documents can include insurances, licences, permits, safety management plans, SWMS, JSA, Risk Assessments, or other relevant WHS documentation.

Can you pre-qualify companies with Altora?

Yes, you can create customised prequalification questionnaires, assessments, request credentials and relevant company licence and insurances.

Can I combine the induction system plan with the Contractor Management system plan?

Yes, our induction and contractor management systems work hand in hand. Please contact us to find out more.

Do you offer a trial account or provide webinars?

Altora is free to trial for 14 days to see firsthand how it can work for you. There is no risk, no obligation and no credit card required. System webinars are also available and can be tailored to your specific requirements.

How do your add-on modules work?

Our add-on modules currently include the contractor management and check-in system. Each of which need to be paired with any subscription to our induction system. You can request to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

What payment types are accepted?

We accept any Mastercard, Visa or American Express credit or debit card and electronic fund transfers (EFT). Invoices are sent monthly, and provided P.O. numbers are accepted.

What currencies are accepted?
