  1. Eligibility: Valid for new Altora customers who sign an agreement and commence their subscription between 13 May 2026 and 30 June 2026.

  2. Subscription Requirement: This offer is contingent upon the purchase of any Altora Induction System subscription.

  3. Account Setup & Onboarding: The “Free Account Setup” (valued at $1,490) includes the standard onboarding package as outlined in the offer. Any additional custom development, API integrations, or extended training sessions beyond the stated 90 minutes total will be quoted separately.

  4. Course Creation Scope & Liability:

    • The “Free Course Creation” (valued at $1,320) is limited to one (1) course based on a single PowerPoint file of up to 50 slides.
    • Content must be provided in a final, ready-to-convert format.
    • This includes standard text and image placement; (custom animations, professional voiceovers, or video editing are not included).

  5. Course Usage & Intellectual Property Clause

    • Altora Course Library Content: Any general safety induction modules or course templates provided by Altora as part of this promotion remain the exclusive intellectual property of Altora.
    • Usage Restrictions: Courses created or provided under this offer are licensed for use strictly within the Altora platform for the duration of your active subscription.
    • Prohibition of Export: Access to these courses ceases upon termination of the Altora subscription; no rights to the content are retained by the client.
    • Post-Cancellation: Upon termination of the Altora subscription, access to these courses will cease, and no rights to the content are retained by the client.

  6. Content Disclaimer: Altora is not liable for the accuracy or legal compliance of course materials. The Customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all content to ensure it meets their specific safety, regulatory, and industry standards. By using this service, the Customer confirms that all digitised materials are suitable for their intended purpose.

  7. Implementation Timeline: To ensure quality of service, onboarding and course creation will be scheduled in the order that sign-ups are received. While the offer must be claimed by 30 June 2026, the actual setup may occur in July 2026 subject to Altora’s capacity.
